Seeds Mission

We aim to involve all the vulnerable and marginalized in human and community development process, by sharing knowledge and adopting innovative techniques and bring them to social reality.

Seeds Vision

To become a reference in transforming beings. We believe that the poor communities are able to develop when offered access to better education and health care.

Sharing knowledge is the key to finding solutions. Equality and dignity for all is the starting point for a fair and human life.

how did it all start?

THE SEEDS is the result of the young mozambican Samsson Benjamim Sand, who has always been involved in social projects and left his country to live abroad. However, his thoughts and heart were always in his homeland lead by a strong desire on helping others develop skills and improving their knowledge.

When he shared this with friends from Mozambique, Brazil and the Netherlands, they were very fond of these ideas and they connected immediately. Therefore, they came up with the idea of building community centre in order to promote improved living conditions of communities in need. In addition, the purpose of bringing new techniques which would be combined with the ones the communities already practice and also, seek together with the community, for sustainable solutions by sharing knowledge came along.






Our aim is to add more value in these people´s lives without violating or ignoring their local habits and culture. We aim to train the communities by introducing new techniques and knowledge which will become a value for them.

The ideas and feelings of these dreamy friends linked and flowed as if they all have always been prepared for this for quite a long and each one who joined The Seeds, came with his soul and heart, bringing even more value and light for the project. As a result of these joint energies from different cultures that brought several connections, we also faced various constraints. But, our passion for this dream and the strong will to turn it into reality has been the boost that helps us overcome all the challenges and step by step, we are growing up and learning something new thereof.
